CaFCP Presentation - FCETs & hydrogen infrastructure
November 17th and 18th - CAFCP will participate in the California Transit Association's annual conference in Oakland. The conference is hosted by AC Transit, a national leader in fuel cell electric buses.
November 16th and 17th - CAFCP will present to the California Desert Air Working Group annual conference about fuel cell vehicles and the recently released Medium & Heavy-Duty Fuel Cell Electric Truck Action Plan for California.

The purpose of this one-day workshop is to develop an understanding for the needs and challenges of California Ports to reduce their emission footprint and meet California State air quality requirements as well as provide current hydrogen solutions.
At the workshop, presentations from ports authorities, terminal operators, trucking companies, and hydrogen and fuel cell technology providers will lead to discussions of opportunities and challenges. Tabletop exhibits will also be on display.

Within the transportation sector, medium and heavy-duty vehicles account for one of the fastest growing sources of greenhouse gas emissions and energy consumption. Medium-duty and heavy-duty fuel cell electric trucks have the potential to significantly reduce the negative impacts associated with freight transport.
