The Ontario hydrogen station is open for business! It is the 34th retail hydrogen station in California and located at the western end of the Inland Empire.
The Ontario station provides 100% renewable hydrogen to FCEV drivers and is the first station in Southern California to provide all major alternative transportation fuels; it also offers biofuel, CNG, and plug-in electric charging.
The station will complement efforts by the city to improve quality of life through a recently awarded $35 million Transformative Climate Communities grant. In addition, station developer Stratos Fuel is developing a car-sharing program using fuel cell electric vehicles that will fill up with hydrogen dispensed from the Ontario and Riverside stations. The car-sharing program was funded by the California Energy Commission.
The station will be open 24 hours a day and is located at 1850 Holt Boulevard, Ontario, CA 91761.
