CaFCP and The Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL) staff will be conducting an outreach event at the 2015 International Code Council Business and & Expo meeting in Long Beach, CA. September 27-29, 2015. The ICC handles codes and standards for building safety and design. The conference will be targeting architects, engineers, designers, builders, contractors, elected officials, manufacturers and other representatives of the construction industry.
The Long Beach Clean Cities Coalition will host its regular meeting at Cerritos College. CaFCP's Keith Malone will be giving an update on FCEVs, including medium-duty and heavy-duty vehicles.
CaFCP will be part of the 5th annual CleanTech OC conference and expo promoting economic growth in Orange County's clean technology industry. CleanTech is a great forum for the exchange of ideas, information, and business opportunities among clean tech companies, government entities, and academia, including facilitating investment, joint business ventures, and other collaborations. CaFCP will have a Hyundai FCEV on static display.
CaFCP will take part in the 2014 Fuel Cell Seminar Monday, November 10 – Thursday, November 13th at the Westin Bonaventure, Los Angeles, CA. During the four-full days, Fuel Cell Seminar & Exposition will focus on Fuel Cell & Hydrogen Energy industries and their customers and stakeholders. The Seminar is an international Expo with a focus around academia, research and stakeholder outreach. Join CaFCP on Wednesday, November 12 from 11:00am – 3:00pm at the Westin Bonaventure for a test drive in a hydrogen fuel cell vehicle.
CaFCP is the test drive sponsor of the Sacramento Clean Cities Green Fleet Forum and Green Fleet Expo. The event will take place on Wednesday, October 15th – Thursday, October 16th at the Sacramento Automotive Museum, Sacramento, CA. During the two full days, the focus will include a Clean Technology Forum, Stakeholder Meeting and Odyssey Day event with displays of vehicles, equipment and technologies, and presentations on over $400 million in grants and funding, infrastructure opportunities, the technologies available now and what you will see in showrooms over the next decade.
The California Fuel Cell Partnership will have a Hyundai Tucson fuel cell vehicle on hand for Carthay Center Elementary's Science Fair & Environmental Expo. The fair and expo will feature student science projects, exhibitors and e-waste collection for students, families and the community. The event is free and open to the public.
CaFCP will take part in the 2014 California Hydrogen Business Council (CHBC) Fall Summit Wednesday, October 15 – Thursday, October 16 9:00am to 5:00pm at the Cal EPA Building, Sacramento, CA. During the two full days, the summit will focus on the progress, vision and recent announcements for hydrogen fueling stations and hydrogen fuel cell electric vehicles. On Wednesday, October 15th CaFCP will host a test drive from 12:30pm – 1:45pm in front of the Cal EPA Building between 10th and “I” Street in Sacramento, CA.
CaFCP will join the South Pasadena Tournament of Roses Association for their annual Cruzin' for Roses Hot Rod and Classic Car Show. We will have a Hyundai Tucson Fuel Cell car on display at the northeast corner of Mission and Fremont with more than 400 cars, from hot rods to classics.
